The Sage 200 Web Time & Expenses (WTE) module is linked to the Sage 200 Project Accounting module and allows users to enter and their timesheet and expense claims remotely using a web browser.

What is Sage 200 Web Time and Expenses?
• Sage 200 Web Time & Expense (WTE) is an optional module that you can add to the Sage 200 Project Accounting module.

• Entries can be made over an intranet, or securely via the web.
• Cost-effective time and expense recording
• This cost effective module allows your people to enter Time and Expenses only, so you won't need to licence them as full Sage 200 users.
• Only the people who process the timesheets, and anyone who authorises expenses, need to have Sage 200 on their PC

The system can be configured in a number of ways, for example supporting users who enter their timesheets and expenses online (using an internet connection) or through a company intranet. One of the additional benefits of the Sage 200 WTE module is that the user does not require Sage 200 to be installed on their PC to allow the entry of timesheets and expenses.

Configurable security levels.
With the ability to assign each operator to a particular security level via their staff numbers Sage 200 allows you to have those who have the experience and responsibility to have more access than lower level staff. For example refunds and operations such as using the same card for two transactions in a row and delicate refunds can be controlled

Advanced Reporting. Each individual system has the ability to produce reports at the end of staff sessions or trading days/weeks etc. These reports assist with analysis and drilling down into the figures for certain days of the week, individual departments and store locations.

Compatibility with Chip and PIN. Chip and PIN is essential for providing additional security to customers using credit and debit cards. Furthermore there is the possibility that retailers that do not use Chip and PIN may be liable to some or all of the fraudulent transaction cost.

Many companies software is being placed under strain from expansion and business growth. Sage 200 allows greater effectiveness by interconnecting data across departments such as the fusion of accounts and Sage CRM data
